Our approach
Your belongings.
Your decisions.
Neon Home Nevada helps people make their homes more usable while respecting what the belongings inside them mean.
Care you can understand.
A useful service begins by listening: what is working, what feels difficult, what needs to stay, and what you would like help changing. You do not have to explain the personal history of an item to keep it.
Space for an unfinished decision.
“Decide later” is part of the process. Belongings that need thought stay separate from items approved for release. We ask before removing anything, and work from the decisions of the person authorized to approve the project.
Important things get separate attention.
Photographs, personal documents and keepsakes should be set aside for review. Tell us about private areas, valuables and items that need special handling before work begins.
A clear agreement, not an open-ended promise.
Your written scope confirms work, price, access and timing. If a project needs to change, the next step should be agreed before extra work begins. Donation depends on recipient acceptance. Resale, purchases and specialty handling need explicit agreement.
Privacy is part of respect.
Being invited into a home is a responsibility. Customer stories and identifiable project photographs should only be published with permission. Our current website photographs are illustrative, not evidence of completed Neon Home Nevada projects.
Ask a question, describe what would help, or tell us where you feel unsure. You do not need to have every decision made before we talk.
A manageable first step
You do not have to figure it all out first.
Tell us what would make home feel easier. We will help you understand the next step.
