What to expect from your first organizing visit

Step 1

You do not need to tidy up first

The space as it is helps explain what is and is not working. You can choose what to show and what you prefer to keep private.

Step 2

Start with the outcome you want

Finding everyday items, using a room again, making access easier or preparing for a move are all useful starting points. You do not need a complete plan.

Step 3

Talk about boundaries

Point out belongings that must stay, private areas and items you do not want handled. Explain who can approve decisions and whether you want someone else present.

Step 4

Separate an inquiry from a booking

An initial inquiry starts a conversation. Our on-site written estimate is $75, credited toward your project when you book within 30 days. Availability and the visit are confirmed with you before an appointment is booked.

Step 5

Review what is included

Ask about labor, supplies, access, haul-away and the next steps. The written scope should explain the work and price before you authorize a project. The separate feng shui consultation is $150 for one hour.
